Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Because our jewelry is custom-made, it usually takes 4-6 weeks for delivery. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been shipped.

What is the jewelry made of?

18 Karat Gold plated is a method of depositing a thin layer of gold on environmentally friendly brass, stainless steel, or other base compounds. 18-gold plated jewelry is also cheaper than solid gold and can be maintained up to five years with proper care. 
Enamel is durable and easy to maintain. 
Stainless steel is safe, hypoallergenic, durable, does not tarnish, fade, or chip and is environmentally friendly.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Gold Plated Rhodium: Do not expose to water, perfumes, fragrances, or other chemicals. 
Enamel: Do not expose to water as it may cause discoloration. 
Stainless steel: Water safe and may keep on while swimming and showering.

A refund will be issued within 30 days if merchandise is returned new, undamaged, and in original packaging. Damage shipments will be replaced, or a full refund will be issued if the seller is contacted within 24-48 hours of delivery of the merchandise. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
